With a veteran’s background in professional broadcasting and an entrepreneur’s mind for strategy, HarmonyTALK host Todd knows how to steer a conversation, bringing to light stories others may have missed.
Todd’s broadcasting journey began at a local radio station when he was only 14 years old. He later honed his craft at Temple University, graduating from the Klein School of Media and Communication with a degree in broadcast journalism. From there, his career expanded across media, corporate leadership and entrepreneurship, giving him a rare ability to navigate both creative and strategic worlds with ease.
Currently, Todd serves as Chief Operating Officer at Stephens Pharmacy and Northeast Med-Equip. He is also the founder of Northeast Accessibility, a company specializing in creating solutions for people with limited mobility.
Born and raised in Northeastern Pennsylvania, he and his wife, Richelle, live in Honesdale. The couple has two grown children, Hunter and Chase. Beyond his professional work, Todd is dedicated to public service, holding volunteer and leadership roles across civic and community organizations. He also serves as Chairman of the Board of Directors for The Dime Bank and is a sought-after national speaker on topics ranging from business to leadership.
Off the mic, he enjoys the great outdoors, traveling, music, and performing as lead vocalist for the rock band Gram Baxtr.
And yes, he still wears Doc Martens.
