Lisa, the inaugural host of HarmonyTALK, masterfully guides impactful discussions with dreamers and doers from across the nation! With over 25 years of journalism experience, Lisa brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her role.
Her impressive career includes positions as a TV newscaster in New York City, Baltimore, Scranton, and Binghamton. Additionally, Lisa's work has been published in renowned outlets such as The Chicago Tribune, San Francisco Magazine, Barron’s, and for several online media platforms, including HBO and National Geographic Television.

A veteran journalist and seasoned interviewer, Lisa brings more than 25 years of experience to HarmonyTALK, where she leads compelling conversations with high-profile subjects from around the corner to around the world. Her career spans major media markets including New York City and Baltimore, where she built a reputation for thoughtful reporting and in-depth storytelling. Her work has appeared in The Chicago Tribune, San Francisco Magazine and Barron’s, as well as on broadcast platforms including HBO and National Geographic Television. A stint with an international relief agency also saw Lisa documenting conversations with aid warriors and recipients in Sudan, Uganda and Haiti.
Known as a conversationalist with depth, Lisa has a gift for understanding the context behind the big names. Her interviews are layered, insightful and deeply human, revealing the person behind the success and offering listeners a richer perspective on what it takes to achieve it.
A longtime resident of Honesdale, PA, Lisa is an active supporter of the arts and local nonprofit organizations, serving as Chair of The Cooperage Project and helping to champion creativity and culture across the region.
Off the mic, Lisa continues to enjoy traveling the world and immersing herself in new experiences, with recent journeys to India, Egypt and Honduras.

What drives someone to spend a lifetime investing in others and sharing their stories from behind the mic? For HarmonyTALK host Greg Frigoletto, the answer is simple: Every story begins with people.
A seasoned educator, coach and leader, Greg spent 33 years shaping students, schools and communities, including 15 years as Superintendent of the Wayne Highlands School District. Throughout his career, he saw firsthand how encouragement and opportunity can transform potential into real achievement. Today, he brings that same perspective to HarmonyTALK, leading inspiring conversations with entrepreneurs, educators, athletes, artists, and everyday Dreamers and Doers.
Known for his thoughtful questions and genuine curiosity, Greg has a natural ability to put guests at ease and draw out the moments that matter most. His conversations go beyond surface-level storytelling, providing listeners with meaningful insights and fresh perspectives.
A New Jersey native, Greg is a longtime resident of Honesdale, PA, where he remains deeply connected to his community, supporting local organizations and serving on local boards, including the Dime Bank Board of Directors. He and his wife, Heather, have been married for more than 30 years and are the proud parents of two grown daughters, Olivia and Isabella.
Off the mic, Greg enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling, music, sports, and hitting the open road on his Harley.

With a veteran’s background in professional broadcasting and an entrepreneur’s mind for strategy, HarmonyTALK host Todd knows how to steer a conversation, bringing to light stories others may have missed.
Todd’s broadcasting journey began at a local radio station when he was only 14 years old. He later honed his craft at Temple University, graduating from the Klein School of Media and Communication with a degree in broadcast journalism. From there, his career expanded across media, corporate leadership and entrepreneurship, giving him a rare ability to navigate both creative and strategic worlds with ease.
Currently, Todd serves as Chief Operating Officer at Stephens Pharmacy and Northeast Med-Equip. He is also the founder of Northeast Accessibility, a company specializing in creating solutions for people with limited mobility.
Born and raised in Northeastern Pennsylvania, he and his wife, Richelle, live in Honesdale. The couple has two grown children, Hunter and Chase. Beyond his professional work, Todd is dedicated to public service, holding volunteer and leadership roles across civic and community organizations. He also serves as Chairman of the Board of Directors for The Dime Bank and is a sought-after national speaker on topics ranging from business to leadership.
Off the mic, he enjoys the great outdoors, traveling, music, and performing as lead vocalist for the rock band Gram Baxtr.
And yes, he still wears Doc Martens.
